Moores Cleaning made it through a very tough selection process to be awarded the cleaning contract at Tedworth House; we were after much more than a company that could keep the floors clean and mop out the WCs.
We are located in a grade 2* listed house and provide residential and day services to Wounded, Injured and Sick service personnel, veterans and their families. We are regularly visited by Members of Parliament, Senior Military Officers, Business Leaders and most importantly, the many people who raise funds to help us make it all possible. We need to demonstrate that we are delivering results to the highest possible standards therefore first impressions are very important to us and Moores Cleaning play a significant role in achieving this.
Their management team began by analysing exactly what it was that Tedworth House needed, including the attitude of their staff and then set about recruiting and training the right team. We have been so impressed with Moores Cleaning that we have been using them elsewhere; just recently they provided an impressive deep clean at our main offices in Downton and they have been engaged by the building contractors to clean up prior to handover.
