End of Let / Tenancy Cleans

Our end of tenancy cleans includes professional window cleaning, carpet cleaning and deodorising. We also can provide an oven cleaning service through a local company at a discounted rate.

Kitchen: All facilities to be left clean and free from limescale.
Kitchen units/drawers and worktops washed, dried and polished, clean and free from dust and grease.
Free Standing fridges to be pulled out, sides cleaned, floor and sides of units also to be cleaned.
Sinks and taps clean and free from limescale.
Washing Machine/Dishwasher cleaned inside and out, including soap dispenser, inside door seal and filter if applicable. Degrease and disinfect floor area.
All surface to be cleaned and free from grease and limescale. Plug sockets to be washed and polished and free from dust.
Wall tiles cleaned and polished.

Bathroom: All facilities to be left clean and free from Limescale
Bath cleaned, sanitised and free from limescale, taps clean and free from limescale, WC cleaned and disinfected inside and outside bowl, tiles washed and polished and free from Limescale.
Shower cubicles washed and polished free from limescale, Bathroom Cabinets washed and polished. Floor area to be cleaned and disinfected.

Carpets: Deep pile clean, removal of all stains where possible and animal/human hair with our latest prochem extraction machine followed with a full deodoriser. We can also provide a spray disinfection service after cleaning at an extra cost.

General: Curtain Poles and tracks, blinds washed free from grease and dust. Walls and ceilings dusted and free from cobwebs. Window Frames, wiped down inside and out and free from mildew. Windows Cleaned inside and out, all water drips to be removed from cills.
Skirting boards/Woodwork, washed, free from dust, grease and Cobweb free.
Switches/light sockets washed, free from dust, grease and fingerprints.
Powers points, Ceiling roses, Cleaned and polished.
Fitted wardrobes & bedroom, Washed and dried inside and out and polished.
Doors – Internal & External, Washed down free from dust and grease.
